[Bug 549485] [NEW] [Lucid] KDE App launcher "loses" applications

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

Noticed many times an on several Lucid Beta-1 machines:

In numerous (mostly unexplained) occasions, applications i.e. "System
configuration" and "Kpackagekit" dissapear from the "Workstation" tab of
KDE's application launcher.

Restarting KDE brings these entries back.

When these applications are "disappeared", only "Run command" stays in
the "Applications" part of the "Workstation" tab of the launcher.

One thing that makes them disappear everytime : When plasma crashes
(SIG11) and restarts, after restart these apps menu entries are gone
until next KDE restart.
