[Bug 528907] Re: unable to mount disks in dolphin / hal permission denied

This bug is still reproducible on lucid daily builds as of 17th
March,this should be resolved asap since users would actually be scared
of installing stuff until they are ensured their data is safe and can be
accessed via Kubuntu too!
