Binary package hint: kdevelop

There is a bug when opening a project from a CMakeList.txt, that makes
3.9.95 aka beta5 crash. These bugs are closed by the developers with
"please update, beta 5 is old" like seen here:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=230616

I think a log of KDevelip bugs on launchpad would been solved by just
updating, too...
