[Bug 439704] Re: kubuntu desktop starts with no desktop

I remove files plasma-desktop-appletsrc and plasma-desktoprc from
~/.kde/config/share and the problem is gone. So are all my desktop and
widget settings, but it took a minute to set it back up.
