[Bug 623175] [NEW] Marble's translation templates are not up-to-date

Marble has one translation template on Launchpad which doesn't contain
all the messages shown in Marble's GUI. i18n.kde.org 4.5 SC has two
different templates for Marble, namely marble.po and marble_qt.po. Only
marble.po is translatable via Launchpad. Please add marble_qt.po to
Launchpad.
