Fortunately this seems to be fixed in KDE >= 4.2.4 as you can see in the
attached video. You can obtain this version as explained on kubuntu.org

Should you still experience this issue with KDE 4.2.4 please tell me
what you did different, if we can't reproduce the issue, it will be
certainly a lot more difficult to fix it :)
