Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: amarok
Hello,
I was trying hard Amarok v2.1.1 on Ubuntu 9.04 this morning. Among many
problems :
I succeeded once to get the Shoutcast/Jazz radio stations list, and
played successfully some streams - the sound was very bright.
After having failed to play FILES ( I submitted this as a question so
far, not a bug yet ?) I tried to get back to my Shoutcast/jazz radio
stations list : this time it fails downloading the list : the `+' sign
in front of `Jazz' is replaced by `-', that's all ! I repeated clicking
on `+' several times, unsuccessfully.
I verified with a browser, the Shoutcast server is up, serving the
radios lists and streaming music. So it's not the Shoutcast server, nor
my network connection.
Best regards
R. Grasso
