[Bug 340206] Re: ~/screen-configurations.xml file after kubuntu install

Every Kubuntu user will encounter this after the first installation and
wonder if it can be safely deleted, so I consider this a minor
annoyance.

This will be fixed anyway, and now 100 other minor bugs will be fixed
too, so setting this to invalid as a papercut isn't that bad.
