[Bug 390311] [NEW] encryption of files fails with [GNUPG:] INV_RECP

Public bug reported:

When encryption of a file is attempted from either Konqueror (right-
click menu) or from kgpg directly, the encryption fails with "[GNUPG:]
INV_RECP".  This bug exists in kgpg version 4:4.2.2 (Jaunty) but does
not exist in the Neon nightly builds from kde.org.

The bug does not crash or freeze kgpg, only the attempted file
encryption will fail.
