[Bug 364103] Re: python-kde4-dev: unable to execute pykdeuic4

This bug was fixed in the package kdebindings - 4:4.2.90-0ubuntu2

kdebindings (4:4.2.90-0ubuntu2) karmic; urgency=low

  * Update python-kde4.links, widgets link now needs to be in
    /usr/share/python-qt4 to match change in python-qt4
  * Set pykdeuic4.py executable and add DEB_FIXPERMS_EXCLUDE=pykdeuic4.py, Closes LP: #364103
  * Add build-dep on libpolkit-qt-dev and kdebase-workspace-dev for pykde
  * Build-dep on sip 4.8.1 and pyqt 4.5.1
