[Bug 386406] [NEW] kde depend xine

[Fox -ino]

Public bug reported:

I can't have kde without xine!
kdebase-runtime and kdebase-runtime-lib depends on libxine1.
If I install phonon-backend-gstreamer and I remove libxine; kpackgekit/synaptic/apt want's remove all kde component.
