[Bug 384774] [NEW] No more wallpaper option in Desktop Settings dialog

After last upgrade of karmic 64bit and reboot no wallpaper shown on
desktop and wallpaper option is missing in Desktop Settings. Attached is
a shot of the "new" Desktop Settings dialog.
