Binary package hint: kubuntu-default-settings

The desktop evironment must remember positions and size for all apps, for better desktop
experience.
It's very annoying to have to resize the applications each time they boot.

This bug affects to Ubuntu, Kubuntu, and Xubuntu.

In Kubuntu, it can be done by hand with KWin, but this is something that KWin should
know do by himself (like MS Windows, for example).
