Binary package hint: arts

>From jaunty please remove source 'arts' and the binaries build by it:
arts
arts-dbg
libarts1-dev
libarts1c2a
libartsc0
libartsc0-dev

All the binaries have no rdepends to other packages; there is only
internal rdepends between the above listed.

One of the goals for jaunty is to get rid of arts. aRts is no longer
maintained upstream, there are no applications in KDE4 that use the arts
sound system and we no longer provide a KDE3 desktop. For more info of
