[Bug 333327] [NEW] kmail without window decoration

PRoblem with Kmail:
Linux (i686) release 2.6.27-11-generic
kdeVersion=4.2.00 (KDE 4.2.0)
Kmail version 1.11.0

The problem appeared with the previous kubuntu official version. I just did the uptate, hoping the bug would disappear.
The current installed kmail package is 4:4.2.0-0ubuntu1~intrepid2

The problem is this: no window decoration plus kmail filling the whole screen.
Means that the panel (plasmoid) is not visible and I can not open any other window in the same screen.
To go on, I have to switch virtual desktop (I have compiz), click on the panel, go back to the kmail desktop: now the panel is visible and I can "minimize" the kmail window.

The "report bug" feature in "help" tab is not working: 
"Unable to create io-slave: klauncher said: Error loading 'kio_http'"
The proposed solution is to update to the latest version, which I already have done.
