[Bug 332797] [NEW] Error when installing kubuntu-desktop package

Binary package hint: kubuntu-desktop

When trying to install kubuntu-desktop on Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid Ibex with
all current updates applied. Kernel string is :-

Linux bumblebee 2.6.27-12-generic #1 SMP Thu Feb 5 09:26:42 UTC 2009
x86_64 GNU/Linux

Message is :

kubuntu-desktop depends kdebase-workspace-bin but it is not going to be
installed.

Any ideas?
