[Bug 330848] [NEW] suspend option gone after update to Kubuntu 8.10

After installing updates to Kubuntu 8.10 circa 14 February 2009, the "suspend to RAM" and "suspend to disk" items have disappeared from the Leave menu.
These items were there and were working before this update.  At least, the "suspend to disk" option was working as that was the one I used.

This behaviour has been reported by others at Ubuntu forums ...
