move or rename .kde/share/config/plasma-appletsrc and
.kde/share/config/plasmarc. It's likely one of the plasma applets you
have enabled is broken with Qt 4.5, and needs to have a fix backported.

Using a default .kde/share/config/plasma-appletsrc and
.kde/share/config/plasmarc should let you get back in. Try adding
applets back on at a time until you find the culprit. Once you do, open
a bug on it so we can look at getting it fixed.
