Binary package hint: python-plasma

python-plasma doesn't depend on python-dev.  I've installed python-
plasma but python plasmoids don't work! After a long investigation, I've
discovered the solution: I've installed python-dev and now python
plasmoids work properly!!!   Please, fix this dependency in jaunty. many
thanks.
