Which is not an official Kubuntu package.  I'm not personally sure if the 
bluetooth patches are in the ppa build or not.  I think they are, but you 
might ask someone on #kubuntu-devel to check.

There are clearly still some bluetooth issues that need to be fixed.  If 
bluetooth works at all for you in KDE, then you have the fix in question.
