[Bug 329706] [NEW] [KDE] cannot change time in system settings

Public bug reported:

When i try to change the time in systemsettings on jaunty, i can't.
There is an error about the timeserver that cannot be reached, even if i manualy set the time (no timeserver needed). I could confirm this bug with someone on irc.
