[Bug 328722] [NEW] [Jaunty] Unable to add a theme in System Settings

Using Jaunty Kubuntu kernel 2.6.28-7-generic #20-Ubuntu SMP Mon Feb 9 15:42:34 UTC 2009 x86_64 GNU/Linux.
If I go to Computer-System Settings-Appearance, select Icons and then click on 'Get New Themes', I can view some of the new themes at KDE-Look. If I then click on 'Install' (any theme), nothing seems to happen and I only have the two default themes listed.
I would expect the Install button to change to 'Uninstall' once the theme has been downloaded, but it doesn't download anything.
