[Bug 327542] [NEW] icons not properly set in icon box when KDE session starts

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

when the kde session starts som icons are supposed to install themselves in the icon tray (blackbox) ; I am supposed to get theses ones displayed correctly :
- klipper,
- kmix,
- kxkb,
- knetworkmanager,
- kwalletmanager.

this list obtained from the configuration pop-up menu of the icon tray; now looking at the icon tray I see the following icons :
- klipper,
- kmix,
- kxkb,
- help.

Now if I go :
- over the klipper icon with the mouse pointer it says : volume.... (from kmix icon),
- over the kmix icon it says : France (from kxkb icon),
- over kxkb icon it displays information on net work (from knetworkmanager icon),
- over help icon it displays information on kde wallet  (from kwalletmanager icon).

Conclusion :
- one icon is missing,
- there is an offset between display and information-action linked to display.

** Affects: kdebase (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
