[Bug 326839] [NEW] Wrong Chinese translation in KDE system settings

Binary package hint: systemsettings

There is a wrong chinese translation in KDE system settings.   It's
located in Display->Power Control.  The current Chinese translation of
"Standby after" is not correct.  It should not be 待机前等待，but关闭显示器.
