I've lost track of everything I've tried, but now after just updating my
Intrepid Kubuntu UMPC I did get the KDE Bluetooth icon after a reboot,
and did manage to send a file to Nokia N95. This is on KDE 4.1.4.

So while issues with Bluetooth definitely remain, I think the issue in
this bug has definitely progressed. The KBluetooth system crashed just
after successfully sending though... separate bug report for that?
