[Bug 325802] [NEW] krdc 4 does not include "show local cursor" button

I am having an issue with krdc 4:4.1.3-0ubuntu1~intrepid2 because it
does not include a "show local cursor" button. This is a feature which
was available in krdc 3.5. Without this feature it takes 4x-5x longer to
do any actions since the user must wait for the remote cursor to render
before clicking.

I am requesting that KDE bring back this feature into krdc 4.
