[Bug 302317] Re: KMail paragraph spaces disappear

For me too! This is very annoying, because it obliges me now to use
webmail to send email.

It appeared more or less when I made the upgrade to ubuntu 8.10. Before, this was ok. Well, kmail used to send only plain text, which is not so good, but at least I had paragraphs!
