[Bug 319193] [NEW] okular segmentation fault

Newest okular fails to open pdf files that start up in presentation mode (made 2005 from latex with hyperref). As far as i remember this is a regression to behavior some weeks in the past. Acroread and okular popped up with a question whether allowing full screen mode or not and then showed the document according to the answer. Even xpdf shows the documents but ignores scripting anyway i think.
this happens:

jfh at tux:~$ okular txt/pl_2003/21422/material/ungetaktet/es_wupper/pdf/esport.pdf
okular(21456): Attempt to use QAction "bookmark_action_0" with KXMLGUIFactory!
Error: Illegal annotation destination
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

I can demonstrate this failure even on a very small pdf document that us
easily mailed if requested.
