Indeed I am affected with Bug435352. I blacklisted uvcvideo module to
get hibernate work.

Anyway, gnome-power-manager hibernates my msi wind (only problem is
flickering), guidance doesn't cause the flickering but brakes hibernate
(output attached). Without any power management both work as expected,
but no battery-state is available. Are there any settings for guidance
pm in respect to hibernate the system?
