It was actually a bug that it wasn't enabled until 4.3.0. They actually
had to re-upload the 4.3.0 tarballs to correct the mistake. They forgot
to copy a file when they put the theme in the RC.

Anyway, seems to be the same problem as the last KDM theme... Need to
change the width to be scaled.
