[Bug 254503] Re: kate cannot open file in subdirectory

I can reproduce this bug here. It only appears if you try to open the
file using the text field. The error message also says that I sould
check my permissions.

My Versions:
Kubuntu 8.10
KDE 4.1.3
Kate 3.1.3
