Hello Andreas,

first I updated BIOS to new version but it didn't help. Then I did the
steps mentioned:

1. I adjusted screen brightness to 42% in kde-guidance-powermanager
2. Did the other steps...
6. When my session came back, brightness was much to bright again; When I pressed brightness down key once, the pop-up said 20%
