I've noticed lately that the tool bar is there after a restart, but it
is pushed to the extreme right of the window.  The toolbar handle is in
the right place, but there is a lot of blank space in the toolbar
forcing the icons to the right.  If I make the window smaller, then the
toolbar moves down below the other.  I am specifically modifying the
"Main Toolbar <kontact>" toolbar.  I have attached toolbars.png to show
that toolbar being configured.  The Icons I have added is everything
from the "line separator" down.

Since I only seem to be able to attach one attachment per message, I
will continue in my next comment.
