[Bug 138637] smart playlist "entire collection" isn't very "smart"

In gutsy.

When I use the "update collection" or "rescan collection" tools with the
"Entire collection" smart playlist loaded, Amarok doesn't update the
currently-loaded playlist.  I need to switch to playlists and reload the
"entire collection" playlist in order to reflect the changes that Amarok
found
