[Bug 78270] Kaffeine conflicts with skim(Maybe scim also)

Binary package hint: kaffeine

I am a Traditional Chinese user and I set skim as my default Chinese
input method in KDE,skim is a QT frontend of scim(http://scim-im.org/).

I start Kaffeine in both KMenu and the console,and nothing happens(even
a window or an error message).However,when I logged in to safe mode
which doesn't involve skim,Kaffeine works normally.
