[Bug 47062] duplicate entries in window decoration drop down box

Binary package hint: kwin

start kcontrol or systemsettings, click on appearance, click on window
decoration and check the list of available window decorations. There you
will find e.g. crystal to have two adjacent entries with the same name
and meaning as it seems.

Seems like there are duplicate configuration files in different
directories? Tested with live system - not installed.
