[Bug 45869] adept-installer don't depends on app-install-data

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: adept

app-install-data can be remove safely without removing anything else and
on fresh install it don't appear. so adept-installer is free of any
application.

sudo apt-get remove app-install-data
