Hi, I am not really sure how to triage this bug, however, we can try a few things.

Could you run the program in a terminal? If so, please run it appending " &> output" at the end, then attach the file here.

Also, could you check /var/log/cups/error_log for output when the error occurs? Try for example "watch cat /var/log/cups/error_log", or just check the date and time for the relevant lines, then paste them here.

I hope we can catch it!
