[Bug 43612] Cannot add network postscript printer

Description:

I'm not able to add my network printer (HP Color LaserJet 4650). Under system settings, I choose "Printers" -> "Add" -> "Add Printer/Class" -> "Next" -> "Network printer w/IPP (IPP/HTTP)". Under "Printer URI" I enter "192.168.0.44:9100". I choose the manufacturer "HP" and model "Color LaserJet 4650". I choose the driver "HP Color LaserJet 4650 Postscript (recommended) [English]". Then I just click "Next" a few times until finally the following error message appears:
"Unable to create printer. Error message received from manager: The requested operation cannot be completed."
I've also tried it in administrator mode, but I get the same error message.
