To reproduce:
Go to kde-look.org and/or kde-apps.org
Go to one of the projects with a download link
Click on the link.

..this appears to happen with .deb files and .tar.gz files, but not with
.bz2 files..  I haven't looked that far into it, though.  It's
surprising behaviour, and somewhat embarrassing considering the kde
browser often times doesn't work on a primary kde site/set of sites..
