[Bug 50043] konqueror incorrectly handles downloads for kde-look.org, kde-apps.org, etc..

Public bug reported:

Konqueror interprets downloads from kde-look.org, kde-apps.org, etc. as
text files, and doesn't get the appropriate filename (note differences
in behaviour between firefox and konqueror).  I don't know if this is (k
)ubuntu-specific, or a konqueror bug.
