When accessing an audiocd via konqeror (audiocd:/) you have all kinds of directories (MP3, FLAC, Ogg etc.). But "WAV", i.e. raw pcm data from the CD, is missing.
kaudiocreator on the other hand wants to read the tracks from the WAV directory and fails.

This doesn't happen all the time, though, sometimes I _am_ able to rip
CDs but another time I am not. I did not find yet the pattern when it is
working and when it is not, will let you know.
