Well, the problem with this release is, that our kopete package comes 
from the kde 3.5.2 source tree, and not from the standalone package.
Kopete Upstream has to decide what they want: 
Together with KDE or Standalone Releases.

Both is stupid for users and packagers.

To bring kopete 0.12 as update to dapper is not so easy.
