[Bug 32442] Fonts in KDE/Kubuntu turned huge

Description:
After doing a dist-upgrade yesterday evening, my fonts are suddenly very
large. Doing a dist-upgrade now didn't make a difference. I had to
adjust them from 11pt to 8pt to make them look "normal" again. Applies
to all qt and gtk apps that I have tried.
