[Bug 31782] FTBFS: kdesdk build-depends on libdb4.2-dev, while it's build-deps depends on libdb4.3-dev

I confirm that `apt-get build-dep kdesdk` returns an error.

However, this is not a kdesdk bug, but a libdb4.2-dev one. When trying
to build kdesdk, my builder returns :

   -> Trying libdb4.2-dev
       -> Cannot install libdb4.2-dev; apt errors follow:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  libapr0-dev: Depends: libdb4.3-dev but it is not going to be installed
