Hi, I have the same problem as Steph. My network card is: 0000:03:00.0 Ethernet controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM4401-B0 100Base-TX (rev 02) on Dell Inspiron 6000 notebook. I'm using kubuntu dapper fully updated. If I setup manually the network card all is OK. -- Network unavailable on boot https://launchpad.net/bugs/37210
