[Bug 38183] KOrganizer has no SAVE menu item or SAVE button

Description:
KOrganizer in Dapper Flight 5 pre-release has no SAVE button, nor any
SAVE entry in the File menu.  There is no way to demand that KOrganizer
performs a save: workarounds are:

1. File/Quit will save on exit;

2. Configure to autosave each minute.

Observed with this version of KOrganizer:

$ dpkg -l|grep korganizer
ii  korganizer 3.5.2-0ubuntu1    KDE personal organizer

The only other version of KOrganizer I have for comparison, which is
3.4.3-1 from Debian/Etch/testing, has the expected SAVE button and SAVE
menu item on the File menu, both working as expected.
