Problem is known, and a workaround seems to exist, so just for anybody else looking 
for a solution:

in the OOo2 KDE builds. As workaround on KDE side, add " 
[Development]  
  AutoCheckAccelerators=false" to your ~/.kde/share/config/kdeglobals 
 
I have no Idea what these Accelerators are, therefor I don't know what happens to 
other applications. As an alternative you can put that text 
into .kde/sher/config/kdefilepickerrc 
create it, if it doesn't exist. Common sense tells me that the option then only 
affects the kdefilepicker dialog
