Ubuntu (kubuntu) | kaffeine

Summary: Most codecs crash on amd64
           Product: Ubuntu
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: amd64
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Keywords: kubuntu
          Severity: major
          Priority: P2
         Component: kaffeine
        AssignedTo: debzilla at ubuntu.com
        ReportedBy: ansla80 at yahoo.com
         QAContact: kubuntu-bugs at lists.ubuntu.com

Kaffeine crashed when tried to play various video files. This includes MPEG files (some of them
are played video-only) and DIVX files. The only file that I was able to play without problems was
a QT file with Sorenson video and PCM audio. This is not actualy a Kaffeine bug because when I try
to play an MP3 file using Amarok or Juk artsd crashes.
