This is a bug against packages in Universe. Universe has got it's own
bugtracking system. Read

The issue is known. It's based on a missing ".desktop" file. See

The packages you've mentioned are listed there.
What is written there for the GNOME menu also applies for the KDE menu
in most of the cases.
